We manage a variety of commercial properties for landlords. Our major client and the organisation for which we provide a full comprehensive service is Midlands Industrial Association Limited.
The Association currently has 7 projects in management, jointly accountable for 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial and industrial floor space and accommodation for small firms, with a rent role of some £900,000 per annum.

Prince Warnes Properties know that property owners require their property to be managed in an efficient and professional manner. We have a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in dealing with day to day building management, compilation of expenditure budgets, rent arrears and most importantly, managing people.
Past experience has enabled us to refine our accounting systems to meet various individual clients’ needs. Our core accounting system uses Sage line 100 professional software together with bespoke, integrated rent ledger software. We can provide landlords with a “bare bones” rent accounting system up to full comparing accounting, that includes: payroll, purchase ledger, management accounts and other statutory reporting requirements.
Our track record and reputation in property management often leads to approaches for specialist consultancy services from both the private and public sectors. We have been involved in developing sites from inception to completion followed by sales, lettings and management. Working on behalf of clients our involvement has included advice on realising the potential of existing sites, refurbishing existing premises and devising innovative reuses for redundant buildings.
