The Jubilee Centre is the large 1930s
style building located at the junction of Sherlock and
Pershore Streets. It’s situated within walking
distance of the City Centre, Birmingham New Street railway
station and Central bus station, near to Arcadian
Shopping Centre in the Chinese Quarter.
The building is managed by Midlands Industrial
Association Limited, satisfying workspace needs for
a range of individual business. Tenants include printers,
commercial offices, metal fabricators, storage and distribution
outlets. "The Works" gallery is a dedicated
area within the Jubilee Centre providing exhibition
space, artists studios and workshops.
